Today Universal Orlando made an announcement regarding the next stage of the park.
In an all out media blitz and push campaign, Universal Orlandohas released the news that they will be adding Transformers to the Orlando based park in the summer of 2013, which based on the subtle hints from their Facebook pageshould come as no surprise. This ride is already placed in parks in both Hollywood and Singapore and is getting very good reviews in that it has surpassed Spiderman for effects and interaction. Adding this to the likes of Spiderman and Harry Potter; Universal Orlandowill be pushing the dark ride envelope and give Walt Disney World a serious run for their money. There will be more news to follow as this develops but until the it is safe to say that locals and those heading to Universal in the future will love this new and beautifully themed interactive ride.
